Time to give Chardonnay a break

There was a time that A.B.C. (otherwise known as Anything But Chardonnay) was a full fledged movement. Wine drinkers were turned off the most popular white wine in the world and with good reason. But that was then and this is now. B.C. is making some great examples of what Chardonnay should be and here’s the proof. Robin Ridge Chardonnay from the Similkameen Valley has a beautiful aroma of lemon and apple which gives way to a similar taste. A touch of butter on the finish which adds up to a smooth and full bodied white that deserves a place on your wine list.

If you’re still not convinced consider this…Robin Ridge Chardonnay won gold at the 2014 All Canadian Wine Championships.

Price:$19.00 Available: Edgemont Village VQA Wines in North Vancouver and Swirl Wine Store in Yaletown.
