Wine for the Holidays

Wine for the Holidays is a two-session course I will be offering in November at Capilano University in North Vancouver. I hope to see you there. The course description reads:
Be ready for the festive season. It’s a time for family, friends and celebrations. Pairing wine with food and serving just the right wine can make all the difference for a memorable evening. Come learn to serve wines that will enhance your entertaining and make your holidays special. You will also get a chance to taste some exciting wines. The course will include handy resources and lists of recommendations.
