Dinner features Lock & Worth wines presented by Matt Sherlock to share wine tasting notes on the pairings and take you on an imaginative tour to the winery.
Guests will be treated to a sparkling wine reception with delicious canapés followed by a stellar five course paired menu:
Sauvignon/Semillon w/ shrimp, kelp, citrus, crispy chicken skin
Semillon w/ ricotta dumplings, wild and cultivated vegetables
Merlot w/ hazelnut pork confit, salted plum, potato
Cabernet Franc w/ squab, coffee, carrots, black barley
Rose w/ strawberries, sorrel, pine nut
Tuesday, June 7th, 6:00pm sparkling wine reception with snacks, canapes, 6:30pm dinner featuring five courses and wine pairings.
