About Long Table Distillery
• The Long Table: A gathering place for kindred spirits.
• Long Table was Vancouver’s first micro-distillery to produce handcrafted small batch spirits since the 1950’s.
• Located at 1451 Hornby St. in Vancouver, B.C., Long Table is a local independently owned and family operated distillery
founded by master distiller Charles Tremewen and his wife Rita.
• Products are currently available through Long Table’s tasting room, and for purchase through private liquor stores and over 90 BC Liquor Distribution Branches across the BC, Alberta, Ontario and soon to be the US and UK.

• Long Table offers a collection of premium spirits that have a West Coast inspired taste profile and are derived from skillfully crafted proprietary recipes.
• We use natural and organic botanical ingredients that are handpicked by local foragers or sourced globally.
• Botanical blends are macerated prior to distillation

• Long Table London Dry Gin – Size: 750ml – Silver Award – San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2015
o Long Table’s take on a London Dry is a robust, juniper-forward gin with smooth citrus notes and a fennel, woody, and peppery finish. (92 Points – Margaret Swaine, Spirits Critic, WineAlign, Zoomer Magazine)
• Long Table Cucumber Gin -Size: 750ml – Gold Award – San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2015
• Long Table’s Cucumber Gin uses locally sourced BC cucumbers from Pender Harbour resulting in a soft yet aromatic gin with a fresh cucumber nose and a finish of smooth citrus, woody notes and a distinctive peppery finish.
• Long Table Bourbon Barreled Gin – Size: 750ml & 375ml
o This is a unique and rounded bourbon barrel aged Gin. It is aged in small Bourbon Barrels sourced from the Woodinville Distillery in Washington State and reveals rich caramel and woody notes along with robust juniper and spicy after notes – perfect for sipping. Size: 375ml.
• Long Table Texada Vodka – Size: 750ml – Silver Award – San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2015
o Filtered through limestone sourced from B.C.’s Texada Island, Long Table’s Texada vodka has a smooth, mineralized finish with a subtle hint of lemongrass. Size: 750ml (92 Points – Margaret Swaine, Spirits Critic, WineAlign, Zoomer Magazine)
• Long Table Långbord Akvavit – Size: 750ml – Silver Award – San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2015
o A traditional Scandinavian spirit, Långbord Akvavit is unique blend of natural botanicals that include caraway, fennel, star anise, Seville orange, cardamom and coriander that partake forward notes of licorice that follow with a spicy finish with hints of orange. Size: 375/750ml
• Long Table Marc du Soleil – Size: 375ml (limited seasonal production)
o This spirit is a joint venture between Long Table and Clos du Soleil Winery of the BC’s Similkameen Valley. Like grappa, Marc is a clear, light tasting spirit distilled from refermented pomace. Long Table Marc du Soleil greets the palate with notes of ripe plum, butterscotch and vanilla bean with hints of anise and blackberry, followed by a smooth warm lingering finish of toffee and black cherry.
• Long Table Amaro Linnaeus – Size: 375ml (limited seasonal production)
o This is a unique bitter sweet liqueur made with 28 botanicals and aged for 5 months in sherry barrels.
• Long Table Seasonal Peppermint Spirit – Size: 375ml (limited seasonal production)
o Made with fresh organic peppermint that is copper pot distilled.
• Long Table Tradizionale Limoncello – Size: 375ml (limited seasonal production)
o Made with fresh lemon zest and sweetened with BC blackberry honey from Hives for Humanity
