On July 7th, Liberty Wine Merchants will be holding its 21st annual Champagne & Caviar event to raise funds for amateur sports. As the name suggests, attendees will be treated to a variety of caviar, as well as bubbly wine from around the world. Proceeds from this year’s event will go towards the rugby division of the Vancouver Rowing Club, and is in support of their amateur and youth programs.
The VRC’s rugby division, known locally as “Rowers”, was founded in 1908. The group runs programs for children as young as 5 years old, and aims to support the training and development of players as they move up through the ranks. Each year the Rowers rely on the generosity and commitment of individuals and corporate donors through Corporate Sponsorship to sustain its tradition of producing and developing mini/age grade & youth teams.
This year’s Champagne and Caviar event is being held at the Vancouver Rowing Club from 7 to 9 pm, with all of the proceeds going to charity. Tickets can be purchased at any Liberty Wine Merchants store, but the event usually sells out so it’s a good idea to purchase well in advance.
I would take my sister-in law as she needs a night away from the stress of taking care of her very sick mom
My beautiful wife of course!!?
I would take my husband of 25 years!
My wife and I both love bubbly and caviar. I would take her and give us a night off with baby if I won!
Love to win this and take my mom!
