Vancouver TheatreSports™ pokes fun at Vancouver’s notorious dating scene with its latest late-night show, OK Tinder – Swipe Right Comedy. Opening August 3, OK Tinder takes over the 9:15 pm time slot following TheatreSports™ on Wednesdays evenings.
Most single Vancouverites have tons of stories about their experiences with online dating. Whether it was the guy with the massive mane of hair who growled at you over cocktails, causing all the other people in the room to turn and stare (true story), or the woman who informed you she was a strict non-gluten vegan and only drank diet Coca Cola after you were seated at the high-end restaurant (another true story); everyone has a tale to tell that is laughable in retrospect.
Join us Wednesday nights at 9:15 pm as our improvisers ‘match up’ to turn the good, the bad and the ludicrous of Vancouver’s dating scene into 60 minutes of side-splitting laughter based on suggestions given by the audience.
Don’t have a date? No problem! Come anyway, you might meet your perfect match at the show. There’s ‘Plenty of Laughs’ to be had by all. This is one instance when swiping right ensures a good time.
