As every meal at Hy’s should, the four-course service begins with Hy’s Famous Cheese Toast, and continues with several signature choices, including Caesar Salad, Canadian Prime Filet Mignon, Rack of Lamb, and decadent Belgian Chocolate Bourbon Cake. This limited time menu is tempting enough to make the drive along the Sea to Sky Highway just to enjoy dinner at Hy’s, winner of Best Steakhouse in Whistler for over 10 consecutive years.
