La Mascota Master Winemaker Rodolfo Sadler
On Thursday, October 27 2016, South Surrey’s Tap will celebrate the premium wines of Argentina’s La Mascota Vineyards with a sumptuous winemaker’s dinner. Hosted by La Mascota’s Master Winemaker, Rodolfo Sadler, the dinner will give guests a chance to enjoy some of the best offerings of the country’s Mendoza region.
Tap’s owner and Executive Chef, Alistair Veen, has just returned from Argentina. Alistair is himself a locally celebrated wine expert, having been named Sommelier of the Year early in 2016. He is also the restaurant’s Wine Director. He will speak to his recent travels, the cuisine and the wine pairings.
Guests will be welcomed with bubbly and canapés. The menu for the four-course dinner has been designed to complement the featured La Mascota wines:
