Canada’s largest artisan distillery event expands its April 8th festival with tastings and Distillers Dinner at Forage
Early bird tickets are now on sale for the 4th annual BC Distilled Festival on April 8, but serious fans will want to sign up for the three-day tasting series at Legacy Liquor and the Distillers Dinner at Forage during the week preceding the event.
“The growing breadth and depth of the BC distilling industry has opened up opportunities for us to organize companion events leading in to the main festival,” said festival founder Alex Hamer. “The Spirits Showcases at Legacy will give people a chance to build their knowledge in a more focused manner, and the dinner at Forage is the perfect way to appreciate BC spirits paired with locally-sourced ingredients.”
BC Distilled is Canada’s premier artisan and micro-distillery event, featuring 34 distilleries, all from BC. It takes place at the Croatian Cultural Centre and offers enthusiasts a chance to taste the province’s top spirits, discuss their qualities with their makers, and enjoy a convivial evening with friends. In addition, an on-site Legacy Liquor pop-up shop will allow participants to purchase bottles, selecting from the widest selection of BC spirits available anywhere, with well over 100 products.
