This wine is a blend of Viognier, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer which all bring something to the glass. The wine is pale straw in colour with medium-light intensity. The nose is fruit forward with aromas of tree fruit, stone fruit wet stones and a hint of spice. Good balance and the hint of residual sugar gives it body. The flavours echo the nose followed by a medium finish.

This is a blend of 58% Syrah, 13% Viognier, 11% Malbec, 9% Grenache and 9% Mouvedre. The name means ‘inner peace, liberation or release’. The wine is garnet red in colour with medium-deep intensity. It has a well-integrated nose of red and black fruit, sweet spice, earth and a hint of chocolate. Well balanced with smooth ripe tannins. Pleasing fruit flavours that follow the nose. A medium finish. This wine paired well with balsamic and garlic pork tenderloin.
