Once a month, H2 Rotisserie & Bar set up a 30-seat long table on its beautiful garden terrace and offers guests a five-course dinner, showcasing regional and seasonal ingredients, paired perfectly with select BC wines.
On Wednesday, August 16, the Long Table Dinner will feature wines from Okanagan Falls’ Synchromesh, which specializes in Riesling, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc varietals. The menu and pairings follow here.
