A selection of dim sum that includes steamed shrimp dumplings, BBQ pork buns, and mini sticky rice dumplings satiate cravings for Asian fare, while handcrafted veal and pork meatball linguine infuse the menu with flavours of Italy. Keep it simple with an open-faced smoked salmon avocado baguette, or keep it light with an Asian quinoa power salad topped with ginger miso dressing.

Afternoon tea is a cross-cultural affair at H Tasting Lounge. Delicate jewelry boxes decorate the table, carrying mouth-watering Eastern and Western selections like “Kung Pao” lobster rolls, “Pekin” style duck wraps, macaron lollipops, candy floss and green tea panna cotta, while brimming golden teacups accompany. Guests can pair afternoon fare with one of the many Eastern and Western loose leaf selections, or upgrade to a hand-crafted bubbly cocktail. Sip on the Air Mail, served with Appleton Estate Reserve, lime juice, honey syrup, and champagne, or treat yourself to a classic Bellini.
