Fig Infused Rum, Campari, Yellow Chartreuse, Vanilla, Lemon, Bitters

SUNDAY MORNING
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Campari
- Three Watermelon Balls (or one small triangle)
- ½ oz. Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz. Lillet Blanc
- ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
- Soda
- Mint garnish
Method:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle watermelon with lemon juice, Lillet Blanc and simple syrup and shake until smooth.
- Add Campari to the bottom of a tall Collins glass and top with ice
- Pour the watermelon mixture into the glass.
- Top with soda water and a garnish with a sprig of mint.
