Step into the great outdoors — all the better to take in the Westin Bayshore’s stunning natural backdrop of Coal Harbour, Stanley Park and the North Shore mountains — and allow H2’s chefs to serve you your choice of BBQ chicken (organic and free range from Maple Hill Farms), skewers (teriyaki pork, shrimp and scallop, and mixed vegetable), salmon burgers, and spiced grilled corn made to order with choice of herb-onion butter, H2’s signature spice blend, or a chili lime mango salsa.
And what more patriotic way to raise your glass than when it’s filled with a custom-made Caesar cocktail! Prepared table-side from H2’s Caesar cart, you choose your spirit (from a selection of all-BC brands), garnishes (including candied bacon, asparagus, bocconcini, and more), craft Caesar mix, and glass “rim.” Of course, all of H2’s premium brunch cocktails will also be available, such as the “Triple Threat” mimosa flight and the BC Kir Royale.
Feel like keeping it classic? Many of H2’s “fan favourite” brunch dishes will also be available. Choose from the signature rotisserie chicken, a selection of fresh seasonal salads, certified Angus striploin steak and fries, roasted eggplant and chickpea harissa, and desserts such as house-made New York-style cheesecake and s’mores skillet.
