Dine Out Vancouver Festival’s Kickoff Gala Benefits Local Charity

The BC Hospitality Foundation (BCHF) is delighted to announce that it is once again the chosen charity for Dine Out Vancouver Festival’s Grand Tasting. The launch event will be held the night before the festival begins on Thursday January 17, 2019 at Rocky Mountaineer Station, and will feature culinary bites from some of the city’s top restaurants paired with samples from 20 BC wineries as well as local craft breweries and cideries

The evening is a great opportunity to preview of some of the faces and flavours of the festival, which is now in its 17th year. One of Dine Out Vancouver Festival’s partners is Wines of British Columbia, so it’s only natural that a selection of the province’s wines will be poured at the event. This year’s celebration will transform the contemporary space of the Rocky Mountaineer Station, with its 35-foot vaulted ceilings and exposed brick and timber interior, into an epicurean delight.

Please note that minors aren’t allowed to attend. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

$89 Early Bird tickets are available until midnight on December 24th and MAY BE PURCHASED HERE. After this date the price increases to $99 per person.

Event proceeds will benefit the BCHF, supporting those in the hospitality industry facing financial crisis due to a health issue, and also offering scholarship programs to foster the next generation of industry leaders.
