Every Saturday and Sunday between February 2 and 24 from 12 – 5pm, H Tasting Lounge’s afternoon tea service ($55/person) offers a “Wheel of Fortune” featuring BBQ Pork Puff, a wide selection of dumplings and bao, Seared Nian Gao, “Iron Guanyin” Shortbread, and Water Chestnut Jelly. Tealeaves selections include Floral Jasmine Green Tea and Dragonwell Organic Green Tea.
Year of the Pig Cocktail
The Year of the Pig cocktail ($16) will be available throughout the remainder of February. The aromatic blend includes Johnnie Walker Black Scotch whisky, golden apple and ginger-infused vodka, Buddha’s hand citron jelly, yellow chrysanthemum tea, and lemon juice.
