Served alongside are fresh autumn vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, and house-made cranberry sauce. Bring the evening to a sweet close with a pumpkin pie unlike any other — also house-made, of course, it’s made even better with walnut brown sugar, Chantilly cream and pickled cranberries. This year, leave the oven off and don’t disturb a single pot or pan. Instead, amaze your guests — and yourself — with H2’s all-bases-covered takeout Thanksgiving feast. Alongside free-range Rossdown Farms turkey, heap your plate with apricot-cranberry brioche stuffing, honey-roasted seasonal vegetables, buttermilk mashed potato, sage pan gravy, and house-made cranberry sauce.
