LITTLE JUKE TO CLOSE ITS DOORS ON SEPTEMBER 22 TO MAKE WAY FOR EXCITING NEW RESTAURANT CONCEPT LAUNCHING THIS OCTOBER

Little Juke — the junior offshoot of Juke Fried Chicken located in Vancouver’s West End — will close its doors on Monday, September 22 to make way for an exciting new restaurant concept that will soon be unveiled in the space at 1074 Davie Street.

Fans of the counter-service restaurant’s signature fried chicken, sticky ribs, gourmet salads and sides need not fear, however — a full complement of Juke’s southern-inspired fare will still be available for delivery to the same expanded radius as well as pick-up and sit-down service at the original Juke Fried Chicken at 182 Keefer Street in Chinatown.

“We want to extend a very sincere thank you to all of our fans who supported us at Little Juke,” said Justin Tisdall, who opened Little Juke last year with Juke co-owners Bryan Satterford and Cord Jarvie. “Stay tuned — we can’t wait to change the dial and show everyone in Vancouver and beyond what we have in store for them.”

ABOUT JUKE FRIED CHICKEN | Juke is the reason the chicken crossed the road. Launched at 182 Keefer Street in 2016 by Justin Tisdall, Chef Bryan Satterford and Cord Jarvie with a second counter-service outpost called ‘Little Juke’ that opened at 1074 Davie Street in 2018, Juke has quickly carved out a reputation for serving up an elevated-yet-fun menu comprising the city’s best Southern-inspired fare. Beyond its trademark gluten-free, non-GMO-grain-fed and free-range fried chicken and sticky pork ribs available to eat-in or take-out, Juke’s two locations also feature a mouthwatering selection of seasonal snacks, salads and sides as well as an array of signature cocktails, wine and local craft beer available by the pint, bottle and bucket served up in casual, inviting spaces that encourage guests to turn up, tuck in and kick up their heels.
