Valentine’s Day is a chance to show the one you love some extra special attention with flowers, chocolate, and a night out. But sometimes it’s hard to cram that all into a busy Valentine’s Day-  so we’re extending it to Valentine’s Week. This year you can treat your partner to a romantic dinner for two any day that week. Chef Sean will be offering up a 5 course menu for 2 featuring a few new dishes and a few fan favourites.

‘I was thinking about the classic bridal wedding tradition – something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue – and how much I enjoyed the significance of something so simple.’   

Chef Sean, alongside his Chef de Cuisine Eddie Lee, are creating dishes on that theme drawing from past menus for something old, playing with new ideas for something new, from Chefs new project Say Mercy! for something borrowed, and perhaps from the Ocean for something blue!
