PSL and all your Fall Favourites are Back at Starbucks!
Starting August 25, fall menu favourites – including PSL, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew– make their return to stores nationwide, along with Oat beverage and a new Starbucks Canada exclusive, the Apple Oat Flat White
Starbucks is giving customers all the fall feels by bringing back seasonal favourites starting today, August 25! The fall menu is now available at Starbucks stores across Canada and the U.S., featuring returning fan-favourites like the iconic pumpkin beverage duo Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, alongside Salted Caramel Mocha and fall bakery items Pumpkin Scone, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, and Fox Sugar Cookie.
In Starbucks Canada stores exclusively, beginning today, customers coast to coast can now customize all their favourite fall and core Starbucks beverages with the fourth dairy alternative to join the Starbucks menu – Oat beverage. To celebrate the launch of Oat beverage in all Canadian stores this fall, Starbucks has created the featured Apple Oat Flat White – only available in Canada – made with Starbucks® Signature espresso, steamed, velvety Oat beverage, roasted apple syrup, and finished with a clove sugar topping.
For customers looking for even more inspiration to fall into the season this year, Starbucks has launched the first-ever Starbucks Fall On Call Hotline. Customers can dial 1-833-GET-FALL for a limited time, to hear a variety of prompts that will transport them to their favourite season, including a crackling fire, leaves crunching, or even some PSL-inspired mantras.

Pumpkin Spice Latte
The original handcrafted Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) was born in 2003 at the Starbucks headquarters in Seattle, Washington. When dreaming up the original recipe, Starbucks beverage innovation team brought real pumpkin pies into the test kitchen. They even poured Starbucks signature espresso shots on top to find the perfect flavor for the now iconic beverage. PSL features our signature espresso and milk, with flavourful notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg creates this incredible beverage that’s a fall favourite. Enjoy it topped with whipped cream and real pumpkin-pie spices.
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
Starbucks® Cold Brew sweetened with vanilla, then topped with a pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice—a super-smooth fall treat.
Apple Oat Flat White
This Canada exclusive combines our signature espresso with steamed Oat beverage and apple syrup, topped with clove sugar topping. A new Fall favourite!
Oat Latte
Perfectly steamed Oat beverage and signature espresso combine to craft a cozy latte.
Salted Caramel Mocha
We combine espresso and milk with mocha sauce and toffee nut flavoured syrup, topped with sweetened whipped cream, caramel sauce, and a mixture of turbinado sugar and sea salt for the best of both worlds.
Salted Caramel Mocha Coffee Frappuccino® Blended Beverage
We combine mocha sauce and toffee nut flavoured syrup with coffee, milk, and ice, then finish it off with sweetened whipped cream, caramel sauce, and a blend of turbinado sugar and sea salt for an explosion of flavour in every sip.
