Join us as we take guests on a journey to all four corners of Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country, exploring the complex terroir of the Golden Mile (Gold Hill Winery) and Black Sage Road (Nostalgia Wines) benches, south to the sun-drenched vineyards of Osoyoos (Bordertown Estate Winery), and north to one of the region’s newest and hottest wineries, Ramification Cellars on the shores of Vaseux Lake.

Uncork the Sun with us at our Savour the Sun Winemaker Dinner in Victoria at 10 Acres Bistro: June 16th.
At 10 Acres Bistro in Victoria, we will enjoy a delicious multi-course feast using ingredients grown by the restaurant’s dedicated farmers on the nearby 10 Acres Farm, paired with wines from our region by award-winning sommelier and wine director, Adriano Cartuliares.
Limited to just 36 guests, the Savour the Sun Victoria winemakers dinner will seat attendees in family pods on their covered patio, well-spaced from other diners, adhering to all provincial health orders. Winemakers and winery principals will tell the story of their wines to the room, as each wine is presented, creating an interactive dining experience in a safe and thoughtful way.

Thursday, June 17th, Vancouver Chef Shaun Mclean at H2 Rotisserie & Bar at the Westin Bayshore will prepare a multi-course menu that shines a spotlight on both local and seasonal ingredients as well as wine pairings that complement and contrast each dish, showcasing the versatility of wines the region is known for such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay.
Limited to just 40 guests, the Savour the Sun Vancouver winemakers dinner will seat guests in family pods, well-spaced from other diners, adhering to all provincial health orders. Winery representatives will tell the story of their wines to the room, as each wine is presented, creating an interactive dining experience, presented in a safe and thoughtful way.
