This holiday season, give the gift of an unforgettable culinary experience! We’re pleased to be collaborating with Le Vieux Pin Winemaker, Severine Pinte on a 5-course wine-paired dinner in L’Abattoir’s Private Dining Room on Wednesday, January 26th during Dine-Out Vancouver. Tickets are now available just in time for the holidays!

 

You can’t buy happiness but you can buy our gift cards which are sure to win over the diner on your holiday list. Our gift cards are available to purchase either through our website or in-person. We’re happy to include shipping across Canada along with your personal note to the recipient; alternatively, you or the recipient are welcome to pick-up them up at the restaurant right up until December 23rd.

This New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day our Sommeliers will be offering our guests the best way to celebrate the new year with our Gaoler’s Menu paired entirely with a selection of Champagne. A limited number of reservations are still available for Friday, December 31st and Saturday, January 1st and you’ll be able to select the premium Champagne pairings upon arrival. In the meantime, be sure to get your reservation booked before it’s too late!

We’re pleased to share that we’ve expanded our Private Dining Room team this year with the promotion of Sean Grady to Private Dining Manager and the addition of Private Dining Chef Travis McCord who support Chef Lee Cooper and Sales and Events Manager, Lainey Cuff in bringing together all the elements of a perfect group dining experience.

Although we’re fully booked until December 28th, it’s never too early to start thinking about next year’s celebrations, ceremonies or corporate events.
