Taste of Sechelt Festival
Invites Locals & Visitors to Eat, Drink,
and Go Shopping

The Taste of Sechelt Festival on Saturday, June 3 promises to be a fun day out for everyone, regardless of whether you love wine, food, shopping, or all three. The Festival includes a Daytime Event with complimentary tastings at downtown shops as well as an Evening Event featuring over 100 wines.

The Taste of Sechelt Daytime Event starts at 1:00pm. Purchase a branded wine glass for $12 at one of two downtown locations; festivalgoers who bring their branded glass from last year save $2 on the Daytime Event. You’ll be given a wrist band; then sip, shop, and eat your way around downtown Sechelt, enjoying complimentary wine samples at participating retail shops. Local eateries will offer specially curated $6 menu items during this time.

The Evening Event will be hosted at the Seaside Centre. From 5:30 to 8:00, 20 winery tables will pour samples from over 100 wines, including both homegrown and imported options, including one table showcasing non-alcoholic wines. Guests will enjoy mouthwatering bites from Noble Meats & Cheeses, with live music by Joe Rotundo and the Modelos. Extend the evening and enjoy a cash bar from 8:00 to 9:30.

Tickets for the Evening Event are $85, available online, or in person at the Lighthouse Liquor Store (cash only).
