When an autumn harvest meal brings such comfort and warmth to a seasonal gathering of friends and family, it deserves to become an annual tradition. H Tasting Lounge (HTL) at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, brings back its overwhelmingly popular Turkey Takeout this season. Leave the oven off and treat yourself, while dazzling your loved ones!

The complete Turkey Takeout meal is conveniently packaged, with fully cooked side dishes ready for re-heating (instructions will be provided), a whole turkey ready to carve and serve, plus a pumpkin pie for dessert. It feeds 8 to 10 hungry guests for $425 plus taxes.

A more à la carte option, perfect for intimate dinners and small groups, is the Carvery To-Go Menu, with portioned meals for a minimum of two people for $55 per person plus taxes.

There are a limited number of Turkey Takeout and Carvery To-Go packages available. Orders must be placed no later than 12pm on Thursday, October 5. Pick-up must be completed on Sunday, October 8, between 2:30 pm and 6 pm.

Perennial family favourites and highlights of this unforgettable meal include:

• Roasted turkey marinated with butter and herbs
• Creamy buttermilk Yukon Gold mashed potato purée with chives
• Brioche stuffing made with dried apple, apricot, cranberry
• Slow-roasted root vegetables like carrot, parsnip and celery root glazed in maple syrup

• Cranberry sauce with orange and cinnamon
• House-made gravy from turkey jus with fresh herbs and spices
• Freshly baked rosemary brioche rolls
• Pumpkin pie spiced with cinnamon and served with Chantilly cream
