• 12 Cocktails of Christmas Shopping (November 18 to December 25)
Capturing all the nostalgia and excitement of last-minute Christmas shopping, a one-of-a-kind cocktail experience is delivered in the Bayshore Mall, a re-imagining of a retro shopping mall. Unwrap this festive adventure at H Tasting Lounge with the 12 Cocktails of Christmas Shopping, riffing on seasonal and international flavours. For instance, the Fast Fashion is bright and spicy with chai Campari, Swedish Punsch, nitro orange, and maple and cardamom notes.

• Festive Afternoon Tea (weekends, through December 31)
Guests of all ages will delight in the golden Ferris wheel on which handcrafted treats arrive in this joyous Festive Afternoon Tea presentation. Delicious sweets and savouries meet culinary artistry for 10 bites that are as unforgettable to taste as they are for the eyes. Sweet treats include The Grinch, a charcoal Paris-Brest with pistachio cassis filling; and St. Nick’s Delight, a chocolate tart with white chocolate mousse, red glaze and gold flakes. Among the savoury mouthfuls, Christmas By the Sea combines cured and smoked steelhead trout with spinach cream cheese and dill on blinis; The Festive Turkey is a bite of smoked and confit turkey leg with fresh sage on a brioche slider. Accompany this light nosh with a hot brew from O-Five Rare Tea and TEALEAVES, or elevate the holiday spirit with handcrafted cocktails.

• Christmas Dinner at H Tasting Lounge or in the Winterlust Domes, December 24 + 25
Choose your holiday dinner celebration: embrace the magic of the season in the warmth of H Tasting Lounge, or select the ambiance of a cozy, heated Winterlust glass-panelled dome.
In H Tasting Lounge, the four-course Christmas Dinner menu crafted by Chef Ivan Lau begins with the enticing aroma of fresh-baked milk buns paired with Bayshore honey-infused brown butter. Maple roasted baby beets and yams accompany your choice of Fraser Valley turkey, Pumpkin Spelt Risotto, or Wild BC Halibut. This memorable holiday meal concludes with Pastry Chef Martha Ebro’s charming Christmas Chocolate Yule Log.

Christmas at Winterlust, in the outdoor H Tasting Lounge domes, is an enhanced five-course offering including roasted chestnut, mushroom & sweet potato pithivier and The Audet Family’s Christmas Eve tourtière (named for Executive Sous Chef, Paul Audet’s family), centrepiece mains like Fraser Valley turkey or AAA Alberta beef striploin, and Pastry Chef Martha Ebro’s Christmas Chocolate Yule Log.

• Festive Turkey Takeout & Carvery To-Go, December 24 + 25
This Christmas, H Tasting Lounge invites you to kick up your feet and take centre stage as the ultimate host, while our culinary experts craft a spectacular feast. The Festive Turkey Takeoutserves 8 – 10 guests and features a whole-roasted marinated turkey cooked to perfection. Indulge in a range of traditional sides like freshly baked rosemary brioche rolls, creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, maple-glazed root vegetables, and Brussels sprouts, accompanied by house-made cranberry sauce and turkey gravy. Pastry Chef Martha Ebro’s Chocolate Hazelnut Yule Log dessert will cap off the celebration.

• The Giving Tree at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver
In this special annual tradition, The Giving Tree supports Ronald McDonald House BC and spreads tidings of love and joy to families in need this holiday season. Guests of The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver are encouraged to read about Ronald McDonald House families and their stories, both online via the interactive Giving Tree site, and in person, through decorative stars hanging from the majestic Christmas Tree in the hotel lobby.
Gift ideas for each family will be on display and guests are encouraged to purchase a gift for a deserving family. The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver will be accepting gifts until mid-December and will then deliver them to The Ronald McDonald House located in Vancouver, to pass them along to some special BC families. Create a wonderful opportunity for your family to give back, making it a magical holiday season for families in need. Note: only new, unopened, unwrapped gifts are being accepted.
