As a kickoff to the BC Seafood Festival 2025, we are hosting a Vancouver-based event similar to our key annual Comox Valley signature – Shucked! It will be at the Vancouver Fish Co. on Granville Island, February 11, 2025th
There will be an all-you-can-eat selection of BC Oysters, and three hot small plates, and two complimentary beverages included with your ticket. Shucked Paddy – the Guinness World Record Shucking master – will be in attendance to showcase his oyster shucking skills! Meet oyster producers as they showcase the unique characteristics and flavours of this renowned product from the BC coastline.
