ABOUT THIS VISA INFINITE DINING SERIES EXPERIENCE
Step back to a more extravagant time and indulge in 1970s-inspired opulence with glossy lacquered panelling, gold leaf ceilings, antique mirrors, lush velvets, furs, and fringe. Order a round of perfectly crafted cocktails. Maybe two. Choose a fine wine, and an even finer cut with an extra side that’s so decadent it might make you swoon. At Animl, it’s all about glorious excess with a menu that features dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and gloriously indulgent sides. True, Toronto has no shortage of steakhouses these days, but the newest restaurant from INK Entertainment promises to “redefine the art of dining” with a mix of sophistication and primal allure that marks a new era for Toronto steakhouses.

ABOUT ANIML
Over the past decade or so, Charles Khabouth and Danny Soberano, the duo at the helm of INK Entertainment, have taken Torontonians on culinary journeys from Spain (Patria) to Italy (Sofia) to Greece (Byblos) to Lebanon (Amal) to modern America (Daphne). Now this impressive lineup is joined by Animl, a modern steakhouse tucked in an alley off Wellington Street, where guests will find an opulent sort of Art Deco-meets-1970s décor. Mostly though, it’s about the food and the wine. Executive Chef Marc Cheng leads a team that blends classic steakhouse fare with modern twists, to deliver a truly remarkable dining experience. His work at Animl highlights his ability to put all-new spins on the classics, but with all the glorious excess of bygone times.
