PARÉ RESTAURANT GROUP’S CARAMBA CELEBRATES THREE
DECADES WITH EXCLUSIVE FAMILY-STYLE SHARING MENU

European-Inspired Comfort-Food Hotspot Marks Major Milestone
with Family Style Feast Featuring Signature
Guest Favourites Throughout Winter

The Paré Restaurant Group’s Caramba is celebrating a major milestone marking three decades as a mainstay in the Whistler culinary scene by introducing a 30th Anniversary Menu at the European comfort food destination located at 12-4314 Main St..

Available for $89 per person plus tax and gratuity Caramba’s 30th Anniversary Menu is served up family style for the table and includes an array of all-time guest favourites and signature Caramba dishes such as Calamari a La Plancha with garlic-lemon olive oil, House-Made Ricotta with Lillooet honey and crunchy sourdough, Mussels ’Nduja (Beluga Lentils, spicy tomato & ‘’Nduja sausage broth, sourdough), Tagliatelle Pesto (goat cheese, roasted pine nuts) and more.

Caramba owners and uncle-and-nephew restauranteurs Jay and James Paré acquired Caramba in 2014 from local hospitality legend and inaugural Restaurant Association of Whistler Hall of Fame inductee Mario Enero, who opened the restaurant in 1995. Jay’s association with Enero itself goes back decades to the time Enero hired Jay as an 18-year-old busboy to work at his sister restaurant Il Caminetto.

“Thirty years is a huge milestone for any business, and we’re thrilled to celebrate three decades with the many people that have supported Caramba since it first opened,” says Jay. “Caramba was a hotspot for locals and visitors alike long before we came on the scene and James and I made sure to maintain the reputation that Mario had carved out when we took over — we’re so grateful to everyone who continues to make it their destination and a place to gather around the table with friends and family.”

Thirty years since it opened in the Town Plaza across from the Delta Suites Hotel and Gazebo Square at 4314 Main St., Caramba Restaurant reflects restaurateurs Jay & James’ vision of a truly superb yet casual dining experience. Guests first notice Caramba’s welcoming staff and lively, inviting atmosphere with its classic European-inspired feel.

Next comes the high energy of the open kitchen, with its wood-burning pizza oven and busy team of chefs artfully composing each meal. And then comes the quality of Caramba’s food itself — inspired by European cuisine, sourced from the finest whole ingredients and deliciously crafted every step of the way by hand. From the first sip of its wines to the last bite of its guest-favourite Apple Tarte Tatin, Caramba’s atmosphere, service and cuisine encourage camaraderie and good times.

Caramba offers dine-in and take-out lunch and dinner menus weekdays from 5 p.m. to late and weekends from noon to late. The Paré Restaurant Group also owns and operates two other Whistler restaurants: the beloved Italian destination Quattro at 4319 Main St. and French- and Québécois-inspired Lorette Brasserie  at 102B-4359 Main St.
