C|Prime

For spot prawn season, C|Prime is featuring a pasta that puts the full flavour of the prawn front and center. The dish is finished with a raw spot prawn preparation, lightly chopped and dressed with high-quality olive oil, lime zest, and Maldon salt. The shells and heads are used to build a prawn-based sauce, adding depth without overpowering the dish. It’s an ingredient-driven take that highlights the freshness and quality of local spot prawns.
