Two-Week Promotion Sees Chilliwack Restaurants Serve Up Exclusive Menus,
Limited-Time-Only Dishes, Creative Culinary Experiences and More

 

Tourism Ch’illiwack will spotlight the unique tales and artisan tastes of its culinary community by teaming with local bars, restaurants and breweries for Dine Chilliwack, a promotion that offers two-for-one deals, prix-fixe menus, foodie events and more from February 17ththrough March 1st in the Fraser Valley hotspot.

 

This two-week celebration gives locals and visitors alike a chance to explore Chilliwack’s vibrant culinary community and support local businesses while sampling the many flavours and unique fare that can be found throughout the region.

 

Highlights include an inaugural Soup du Jour Catering Competition that takes place Sunday, Feb. 22nd from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Grand Hall (#201-45939 Thunderbird Lane) that will showcase an array of local caterers and their best soups vying for the title of people’s choice as decided by votes from attendees. Tickets to the event are available here for two timeframes (11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.) for $35 per person while supplies last, with confirmed participants that include Fresh Impressions Catering Inc.Wild Forager CateringGunthers Deli & CharcuterieRoll N Coal BBQ CateringPalaTable Catering & Events and Restaurant 62. Beverages will also be available for purchase during the event.

 

Featured Dine Chilliwack establishments will also be taking part in a Dine Chilliwack Passport rewards card that encourages locals and visitors alike to visit multiple participating restaurants during the campaign. Guests can obtain a sticker at local restaurants during the two-week campaign to receive reward vouchers that include a free drink for three stickers collected and a free appetizer for six stickers collected that can be redeemed from March 2nd toMay 1st (after the campaign concludes).

THE LAKESIDE BEACH CLUB

Cultus Lake destination The Lakeside Beach Club is participating in Dine Chilliwack with a prix-fixe three-course feast for $50 per person plus tax and gratuity that features a choice of appetizer (Spring Roll, Crab Cake or Pierogi),entrée (Miso & Green Tea Ginger Broth, Slow-Roasted Duck Confit, Wagyu Beef Burger) and dessert (Dark Chocolate infused with Coconut & Avocado Pâté or NY Baked Cheesecake) with exclusive cocktail selections that include the ‘Smoke’(peated Scotch, bacon fat-washed honey, cherry, bacon strip, smoked tableside) and zero-proof ‘The Lost Grape’ (non-alcoholic Garden gin, non-alcoholic white wine syrup, frozen grape, citrus) among others.

Foodies can experience the art of Japanese cuisine with a Korean twist at Hana Sushi during Dine Chilliwack, with the restaurant offering 10% off Specialty Rolls and Speciality Dishes alongside complimentary appetizers and miso soup as well as 10% off its six different Lover Boats, which feature a selection of miso soup, sunomono, tempura, gyoza and a selection of rolls or sashimi for two.

Located in the heart of Chilliwack’s historic District 1881, Fortitude Wine Bar will raise a glass to Dine Chilliwack by featuring an exclusive Two Can Dine for $79 offer that includes a choice of starters like Bruschetta, Beef Tartare, Baked Brie or Pesto Burrata, mains that include a Steak Sandwich, Saffron Halibut and Beef Bourguignon and more and a feature dessert as well as a 10% off bottles of wine from its cellars.

Popular local hub District Bar & Restaurant is toasting Dine Chilliwack by offering a three-course prix-fixe menu for $40 per person plus tax and gratuity that includes an appetizer of Whipped Brie (confit garlic, hot honey, dates, pickled onion, almond gremolata, Maldon salt), main course of Sockeye Salmon Salad (pickled blackberry, candied walnuts, radish, grape tomatoes, artisan greens, arugula, lemon vinaigrette, dill crème fraiche) and Lemon Tart(lemon curd, graham crust, whipped vanilla cream, blackberry compote) for dessert.

Beloved Chilliwack craft brewery Fieldhouse will showcase a special Dine Chilliwack feature of Craft Beer and Pizza for $29 per person plus tax and gratuity that includes a 16oz sleeve of its crisp, clean and easy drinking CHWK Lite Lager and an Italian Pizza that includes herb-seasoned beef on a creamy Béchamel base with shredded mozzarella and basil aioli.

 

BOW & STERN CHILLIWACK

New to the Dine Chilliwack 2026 menu is Bow and Stern’s Chilliwack location and a three-course, prix-fixe menu for $49 per person plus tax and gratuity that includes a choice of Soup du Jour (Boston Clam Chowder or Broccoli Cheddar), choice of Entrée (Seafood Linguini, Wild Salmon or 6oz Sirloin Steak) and Dessert pick of Brûlèe Cheesecake or Carrot Cake, with features on cocktails and BC wine also on the menu.

 

MAPLEWOOD SMOKEHOUSE

New local hotspot Maplewood Smokehouse is firing up a special Two Can Dine for $60 feature during Dine Chilliwack that gives guests a chance to choose a meat (8ox brisket, ½ rack ribs or ¼ chicken, 6oz pulled pork or two sausages) sides (apple coleslaw, fries, fried pickles or pulled pork hush puppies), two corn bread muffins with honey butter and a dessert choice of apple crumble with vanilla ice cream or mini churro doughnuts with smoked chocolate ganache and salted caramel ice cream to share.
