RESERVATIONS
Tickets for the eight-course, four-hands collaborative events are available for $250 per person inclusive of taxes and gratuity and bring together a pair of acclaimed chefs who preside over two of the country’s most revered legacy restaurants. Kim is the winner of the 2025 Canadian Culinary Championships and recently finished second on Season 12 of Top Chef Canada, while Tanière3recently received two stars in Quebec’s inaugural MICHELIN Guide and placed No. 5 on the prestigious list of North America’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Each event includes wine pairings curated by Five Sails Sommelier Antoni Santini and Corporate Wine Director Sarah McCauley that spotlights celebrated Old-World vineyards in France, Italy and Portugal as well as New-World wineries from BC’s backyard, with a hand-crafted ‘Epilogue’ cocktail comprising brown butter and maple-infused rum and lemon bitters to end each event on a high note.
