Pinot Gris 2025

Brilliant pale straw in colour. The nose expresses aromas of pear and juicy peach. The palate displays a bright acidity with flavours of ripe nectarine, apricot, and citrus.

A lovely bright colour in the glass. Opening with scents of stone fruits, Freehaven peaches and Bartlett pear with just a touch of cut grass. 

The scents follow to the mouth with a decided freshness and full flavours of mixed fruits, like a fresh fruit salad. Peach becomes more dominate along side excellent acidity making this an easy drinking wine.

Rosé 2025

Misty rose in colour. The nose shows lifted aromas of raspberry, wild lilac, rosewater, strawberry, and bright cherry. The palate is crisp and energetic with notes of field strawberry, Rainier cherry, and citrus highlighted by a touch of zesty grapefruit.

A lovely pale salmon colour in the glass. Delightfully delicate scents of fresh berries, Jasmine and some rose dust. Followed by that enticing aroma of freshly sliced ripe strawberries. 

On the palate that flavours are enticing and complimented by the fine level of acidity. The fruits are dominant with a touch of pith that adds to the crisp, freshness and lingering finish.

CSM 2022

Deep purple in colour with aromas of baking spice, purple plum and wet tobacco. The palate opens with notes of sage, blackberry, dark cherry and vanilla. Medium acidity and smooth tannins gives this wine a fresh lively finish.

Burgundy colour in the glass. Scents are pronounced and enticing with Italian plum and stewed fruit. 

The palate follows the nose with deep, rich flavours of dark fruit, a hint of spice and well integrated tannins. Ripeness is underlying and elegant. Medium body with a smooth finish.
