Sustainable Menu Offerings to Occur Monthly at Tulalip Resort Casino
Beginning Sunday, June 5th, Tulalip Bay Restaurant’s Chef Jeremy Taisey will take guests on a monthly local food tour using fresh, sustainable ingredients on the first Sunday of each month during 2016. The two-hour dinner will begin at 5:30 pm, and will be served at Tulalip Bay’s seasonally decorated communal chef’s table. This June, the main focus is Copper River Salmon, where Chef Jeremy Taisey has created several avant-garde dishes for the foodie in everyone.
“Every meal will be an adventure, and a one-of-a-kind culinary experience,” states Lisa Severn, Food and Beverage Director. “Our Sunday Supper series allows our guests to get up close and personal with Chef Jeremy Taisey for an inside look at crafting the perfect palate based on fresh, local ingredients.”
Guest will be greeted upon arrival with one of Chef Jeremy Taisey’s Molecular Cocktails, the Basil Mojito Sphere. During the meal service, several wine stewards will be on hand to guide each guest through the wine list and to assist them with their wine pairing options. At the end of the meal, there will be an opportunity to ask Chef Jeremy Taisey about the menu.
