Acre Through the Seasons, Club Versante’s newest dining destination, is inviting guests to indulge in an exquisite multi-course culinary experience hosted in collaboration with Iconic Wineries of British Columbia (IWBC), with reserve wine pairings by: Mission Hill Family Estate, Checkmate Artisanal Winery and Martin’s Lane Winery.
Six creative dishes prepared by Executive Chef William Lew and Restaurant Chef Lemuel Tsang will feature local ingredients from farm, field, and sea to give guests a true taste of summer in BC. Preview the menu here.
IWBC Sommelier Lily Jin will reveal the unique tasting notes that distinguish each vintage being poured.
