Dark cherry red in colour with medium intensity.  Faint dark cherry and sweet spice on the nose.  Good balance with firm tannins and medium body.  Some pleasing flavours on the palate.  A medium short finish.  This young wine needs time to develop.

Dark cherry red with medium intensity.  The nose shows aromas of cherries, spice, savory and leather.    Well balanced with good mouth feel.  The palate echoes the nose with a medium-long finish.  A great pairing for roast chicken or duck, beef bourginon, or coq au vin.  Also good with Brie, cheddar, Edam or Monterrey Jack.

Garnet red with medium-deep intensity.  Sweet blackberry and dark chocolate aromas on the nose.  Good balance with firm velvety tannins.  The flavours follow the nose.  A medium finish with lingering dark chocolate.  Serve with pork tenderloin with teriyaki demi-glace or beef stroganoff.

The 2009 vintage had riper grapes than the previous year.  Garnet red with deep intensity. The nose shows aromas of ripe black berries, raspberries, forest floor, spice and hints of black pepper.  Good balance with smooth ripe tannins.  The aromas carry through on the palate.  Chocolate lingers on the finish.  Pair this wine with grilled beef or pork or lamb stew.

Salmon coloured with medium-light intensity.   The nose shows aromas of rhubarb, strawberry candy and grapefruit.  Good, crisp balance with good mouth feel.  The palate is tangy with flavours of rhubarb, strawberry and grapefruit.  A medium-long finish, with a hint of bitterness, which makes it a good food wine.  Serve this with appetizers, on a picnic with cheeses and charcuterie or with a dinner of grilled fish or chicken.

This is a red blend made from 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32.4% Syrah, 17% Merlot, 10.7% Cabernet Franc, 6.3% Malbec and 0.5% Pinot Noir.  Dark black cherry in colour with deep intensity.  Red berries, cherry, plum, spice and cocoa on the nose.  Well balanced with smooth ripe tannins.  Fruit flavours dominate the palate.  Vanilla and toffee linger on the finish.  A good wine to pair with grilled pork tenderloin or charcuterie.
