I could tell you how tasty the British Columbia wines were, or how much I enjoyed the Canadian cheese, maybe describe the incredibly delicious offerings from Whet Bar & Patio, The Keg Steakhouse, Bridges Restaurant and the Sandbar. Or how about the Granville Island Public Market merchants that went above and beyond offering their scrumptious samples.
