Clean and tangy on the palate with citrus flavours – lemon and grapefruit rind. A medium-long finish. This is a white French Bordeaux style wine so it is a very versatile food wine. Try it with any seafood.

The nose shows a blend of citrus aromas including lemon and grapefruit with honey and with slight herbaceous undertones. Well balanced with good mouth feel. Citrus and honey flavours on the palate with a medium-long finish. It would pair well with smoked trout, shellfish or grilled chicken.
