Jennifer Tocher as Director of Sales & Marketing
Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Tocher as its new Director of Sales & Marketing.
The newly expanded leadership role reflects Noble Ridge’s continued commitment to strengthening its direct-to-consumer business, wine club, hospitality programs, agency relationships, and brand presence as the winery enters its next phase of growth. The position combines responsibility for revenue generation, customer engagement, and market growth initiatives across all sales and marketing channels.
For many in the British Columbia wine industry, Jennifer is already a familiar face. Having spent more than two decades working in hospitality and wine, primarily in the Okanagan Valley, she has built a reputation for creating meaningful guest experiences, growing customer relationships, and championing BC wine.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has held roles with several respected Okanagan wineries, including Painted Rock, and SpearHead Winery. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Hospitality Management and earned her WSET Diploma in Wine, one of the industry’s most recognized wine education credentials.

In her role, Tocher will lead the winery’s sales and marketing strategy, oversee direct-to-consumer channels including wine club and e-commerce, support agency and trade relationships, and help further strengthen Noble Ridge’s position as one of British Columbia’s premier winery destinations.
