From my first visit to the Okanagan fifteen years ago I’ve come to know and enjoy Sandhill Wines. Consistent quality year after year means you can count on them when you’re shopping for wine. This is a medium bodied white with flavours of apples and pears. There’s also some spice on the finish which I enjoyed. A great food wine. You can pair this pinot gris will salmon or halibut, salads or light appetizers. The reason I’ve relied on this white for years is that its great when company drops in and you want a reliable, well rounded wine to share with friends.
