For years my Joie Farm favorites were Noble Blend and Rose. Now I’ve added Chardonnay and the beautiful red blend PTG. Short for Passe Tout Grains. This is a delicious blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay and is familiar if you were visiting Burgundy. Joie has a deft touch as evidenced by their popularity and awards and this wine is no different. Deep yet medium bodied with intense flavours of fresh berries. You’d be hard pressed to find a more versatile wine. Pair this with the traditional turkey dinner and your family/friends will be singing your praises. I’ve also enjoyed PTG on its own while relaxing on a lazy afternoon.
