Hart House Tasting Dinner Features Four Winds Brewery Beers
Burnaby’s Hart House Restaurant is teaming up with Delta’s Four Winds Brewery to illustrate the amazing synergy of flavours that happens when locally sourced cuisine is accompanied by BC craft beers. On Thursday, November 5 2015, Hart House will host a five-course tasting dinner paired with beers from Four Winds, which was named Brewery of the Year at the 2014 Canadian Brewing Awards. Hart House’s Executive Chef, Mike Genest, is always an enthusiastic champion of using fresh, local ingredients in his cooking, and he’s looking forward to working with a local brewery to bring guests a slice of BC’s best. The event menu is as follows:

Four Winds Brewmaster Brent Mills will be on hand at the dinner to comment on the different beers. Mills runs Four Winds Brewing with his father Greg and brother Adam. He learned his craft while working at Vancouver’s R & B Brewing Co. and attending the Siebel technical school in Chicago.
Tickets for the event are $75 per person, or $69 per person for parties of 8 or more. Reservations are available by phone only, at 604-298-4278.
