RAILTOWN CATERING MAKES SERVING UP THE PERFECT EASTER FEAST EASY WITH GOURMET EASTER TO-GO PACKAGES

Preparing the ideal holiday meal for friends and family this Easter is made easy thanks to the latest edition of Railtown Catering’s gourmet meal-to-go packages, available March 26 through 28.
Following in the footsteps of their popular Thanksgiving- and Christmas-To-Go feasts, Railtown’s Easter-To-Go package serves up a duo of hearty, handcrafted entrées, an array of seasonal side dishes and a classic homestyle dessert. Available in small (four to six servings) or large (10 to 12 servings) sizes for $189 plus tax and $299 plus tax respectively, Railtown’s Easter To-Go packages may be ordered either ready-to-eat (hot) or ready-to-bake (cold).
“With such a positive response at Thanksgiving and Christmas, we’re happy to remove the hassle from the holidays again with our elevated take on a traditional Easter menu,” says Railtown Chef/Partner Dan Olson, who created the new Easter-To-Go package with fellow Chef/Partner Tyler Day. “This is the perfect solution for those who don’t have the time, the facilities or even the desire to cook at home, though would still like to enjoy a delicious meal.”
Staying true to its ongoing commitment to the community that it calls home, a portion of proceeds from the sale of each package will again be donated to Railtown Catering’s neighbour, Mission Possible, a non-profit organization that provides street-level care for those with immediate and critical needs in the Downtown Eastside.

All packages are available for pickup at Railtown Cafe at 397 Railway St. in Vancouver from March 26 through 28, or by delivery for an additional charge.
