2013 Malbec – Golden Reserve
Garnet-black in colour with a purple rim and deep intensity. This wine is a teeth stainer. The nose is layered with aromas of red fruit, black berry, bramble, blueberry pie, earth and chocolate. Well balanced with smooth ripe tannins. The flavours echo the nose followed by a medium-long dry finish. Fire up the BBQ.
2013 Shiraz (Alfredo Dried Grape)

This wine is made from air-dried grapes in the Amarone style. The purpose of this is to raisin the grapes and concentrate flavours. Garnet black in colour with deep intensity. Layers of dark berries, cherries, earth, tar, cassis, chocolate and spice on the nose. Well balanced with smooth ripe tannins. Big bright fruit on the palate with black pepper followed by a medium-long finish. An impressive wine for the price.
2012 Sauvignon Blanc (Reserve)
This Argentinian wine has it’s own style, though it leans more to France than New Zealand. Straw coloured with medium-light intensity. The nose shows aromas of pear, apple, floral notes along with a hint of grassiness. Well balanced with finesse and elegance and followed by a medium-plus finish. Pair this with salmon, grilled tuna or shellfish dishes.
2015 Sauvignon Blanc
Marlborough, New Zealand
Lemon yellow in colour with light intensity. Aromas of melon, tropical fruit, apple, mineral and citrus with a hint of grassiness. Well-balanced, crisp and refreshing with good mouthfeel. The fruit flavours from the nose are reflected on the palate followed by a medium finish.
This little known varietal is yellow straw in colour with medium-light intensity. Citrus and tropical fruit on the nose. Dry with good balance. Dry ripe apple on the palate followed by a medium finish. Serve with summer grilled chicken or fish.
