This is a varietal that many are not familiar with. Gray Monk has made this is an off-dry, social style. Golden yellow in colour with medium-light intensity. Peach, apricot, honey and citrus aromas on the nose. Well balanced with a sweet entry but enough acid to make it balanced. Good mouthfeel. The flavours follow the nose followed by a medium-plus finish. This very tasty wine is great for an afternoon luncheon with its low alcohol.
