Don’t miss seasonal salmon bakes at YEW this summer

On Sundays August 14, 21, 28 a limited number of guests will be able to book a seat at YEW’s communal table for an over-the-top, interactive wild salmon bake. Raise a glass of YEW’s red or white Summer Sangria and make new friends as hands reach across the table to dig in to the generous family style meal starring whole wild salmon, baked to perfection.

The three-course meal kicks off with a bright and flavourful baby kale and grilled peach salad and features garden fresh sides including buttered potatoes, tomato confit, roasted zucchini and summer squash best enjoyed with Pastry Chef Mark Burton’s warm BC stonefruit pie for dessert.
