YEW’s Valentine’s Day Feature Menus:

 

Couples
Looking for a little romance? You’ll find it at YEW. Soft lighting, bubbles, impeccable service and a menu to pique the taste buds. Available February 14 from 5pm to 10pm and priced at $99 per person. All guests will enjoy an Amuse Bouche of Seafood + Coconut Soup with lemongrass and coriander. Diners will then choose from a first course of Smoked Salmon Ravioli – watercress cream, northern divine caviar, or Albacore Tuna Tart – leeks, chestnuts, black truffle, followed by a choice of three entrees: Beef Tenderloin – potato and black truffle dauphinoise, oyster mushroom, crab, Sablefish – cauliflower purée, apple, baby beets, vanilla sauce, or the luxurious West Coast Seafood Pot for Two featuring lobster, scallops, prawns, mussels, clams, roasted sunchokes, Swiss chard and baby potatoes. Singles
Those uncoupled or preferring to spend some quality time with friends can gather a pal or three to enjoy YEW’s Singles Night full of delicious bites, tasty drinks and lots of laughs in YEW’s private event space. Available February 14 with a single seating starting at 6:30pm.
For $86 per person, this three-course dinner includes the featured Valentine’s cocktail and two glasses of bubbles. This menu is meant for sharing – starting with a selection of appetizers including: Pear + Gorgonzola candied walnut, port wine reduction, Lobster Profiteroles – with melting gruyere cheese, and fines herbs, Side Stripe Shrimp – orange dust, avocado, crispy shallots and Scallop Ravioli – cauliflower, truffle, crispy prosciutto. The main event is Salmon with buckwheat ‘risotto’, humboldt squid, crispy chorizo and clams, followed by a platter of sweets including Lavender & Lemon Tea Cake, Mini Strawberry Cheesecake, Mini Raspberry & Chocolate Tart and Macarons. It’s Goji Time
All month long we will be serving up YEW manager, Rus Yessenov’s festive cocktail creation. Available as a cocktail or mocktail, It’s Goji Time – blends vodka, port, lemon juice, egg white, bitters and rose water with body boosting Goji berry syrup.
