This September marks 30 years since Hart House restaurant opened its doors in Burnaby. Located on the shores of Deer Lake, the restaurant offers acclaimed Pacific Northwest cuisine and an award-winning cellar. To celebrate this milestone, Hart House is offering a special “Throwback Menu” that pays homage to classic dishes from the restaurant’s past. From Tuesday, September 4 to Sunday, September 30 2018, dinner guests can enjoy a menu that salutes the past even as they create new memories with friends and family.
Hart House has a long tradition of focusing on locally sourced, natural ingredients. Executive Chef Mike Genest has updated a number of classic dishes. Guests can choose either a 2-course (Appetizer and Main, or Main & Dessert) or 3-course (Appetizer, Main & Dessert) option.
