See wedding fantasies come to life on January 13th with the return of FLEUR, the luxury wedding show by Aly Armstrong. The first wedding event and forum in Vancouver to bring together industry professionals, celebrity influencers and guests in an interactive setting, FLEUR will feature immersive workshops, panel discussions and the highly anticipated fashion show. This year’s special guest is Jessica Mulroney, Canadian fashion stylist and consultant for prominent brands, fashion labels and clients.

Produced by Aly Armstrong Event Planning and Design, the now-annual affair celebrates its second year at the resort’s  JW Marriott Parq Vancouver.

Enchanting and glamourous, FLEUR promises to transport guests on an unforgettable journey through their dream wedding, catering to every taste. The 2019 magic will begin with a luxury décor walk, leading guests on a sensorial exploration, inspired by recent and upcoming matrimonial trends from four cities around the globe. Along the way, guests can indulge in sweet treats, sip on bubbles and collect catering ideas by sampling an array of delicacies dreamed up by the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver culinary team.

The beating heart of FLEUR, the bridal fashion show, is one of the most anticipated events of the day. The organizers are proud to be partnering with Bisou Bridal to showcase a breathtaking collection of wedding dresses from some of the world’s top designers. FLEUR will also host several breakout sessions throughout the day, covering topics including bridal beauty, presented by hair and makeup expert Nadia Albano, skincare and treatment tips to look your best, led by Project Skin MD, how to plan a magazine-worthy wedding with Editor-in-Chief of Weddingbells Magazine, Alison McGill, and all the must-knows of photoshoot prep for the perfect wedding pictures, courtesy of renowned photographer Kristy Ryan with Blush Wedding Photography. Guests can register for these sessions upon arrival at FLEUR, though early sign-up is encouraged online as seating is limited.

The afternoon will see the “not to be missed” panel discussion, moderated by television personality Erin Cebula and featuring Jessica Mulroney. Jessica will share her advice for flawless wedding planning and bridal fashion. The preferred stylist and brand expert of many high-profile clients around the world, she contributes regularly to fashion and style segments on national television in Canada.

Grooms-to-be need not feel forgotten, with Jason Sarai from Style by Sarai hosting an exclusive ‘Penthouse Lounge’ in the Parq Villa at JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. Here, visitors will be able to peruse a variety of curated, male-focused wedding products, where women are welcome too.
