Tableau Bar Bistro Pops the Cork on Bubbles & Brunch
The French-inspired restaurant brings sparkle to summer brunch

Famous British economist John Maynard Keynes once famously wailed: “My only regret in life is that I did not drink more Champagne!”

Don’t be like Keynes.

To that end, Tableau Bar Bistro is launching a scintillating summer brunch series: Bubbles & Brunch. Every Saturday and Sunday, from 10:30am to 2:30pm, the French-inspired eatery in Coal Harbour will be slashing bottle prices on their extensive, rotating Champagne and sparkling wine list. From crémants to boutique grower vintages and the grandes maisons, there’s a bottle for every taste and budget, starting at a mere $29. Wine list is available here.

The perfect accompaniment to Tableau’s delicious selection of brunch dishes, such as the new Tartine Niçoise, Crêpes Jambon Gruyère and the Seafood Tower for two, Bubbles & Brunch is the perfect opportunity to gather with friends to share a special moment, or polish off a limited-edition vintage à deux.

With Tableau’s Bubble Brunches, you can be less like poor Lord Keynes and more like Coco Chanel who put down her coupe long enough to quip: “I only drink Champagne on two occasions, when I am in love and when I am not.”

Bubbles & Brunch begins Saturday, June 8 and will continue through summer 2019.
