Richmond’s Origo Club Marks First Anniversary with Special Table D’Hôte Menu Available July 16 to 20

Culinary-Meets-Cultural Landmark Celebrates Milestone with Limited-Edition Three-Course Menu, Optional Wine Pairings and Feature Cocktail

The team at Origo Club will toast its first anniversary in signature French style when the Richmond restaurant, café and art gallery marks the occasion with a special table d’hôte menu available for $59 per person from July 16 to 20.

With choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert, Head Chef David Pan’s three-course menu includes such dishes as bouillabaisse (clams, mussels, sea bass, lobster saffron sauce, chili aioli, garlic toast), magret de canard (five-spice duck breast, ginger bok choy, tarragon purée) and filet mignon de boeuf (beef tenderloin, asparagus, mushroom purée, sherry jus).

Optional wine pairings selected by Restaurant Director/Sommelier Melanie Gravel will also be on offer as well as the feature Dalmore Sherry Twist cocktail, a sweet-and-smoky libation mingling The Dalmore 12-year-old Scotch whisky with oloroso sherry and bitters and garnished with a burnt orange twist for $11.
